Studio Rules

Know before you go.

By Appointment Only. The studio only opens through booking appointments. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Come early so we can brief you and get set up. Your session time begins at your booked time, not when you arrive.

Late clients will have a ₱100 penalty. After 10 minutes of no-show, your time allotment begins automatically. Only the remaining time upon arrival will be consumed.

We encourage removing shoes inside the studio. If wearing shoes, please make sure they are clean to protect the backdrops and studio floor.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the studio premises.

Flammable materials, sharp objects, and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited inside the studio.

Pets are welcome! Just give us prior notice so we can prepare. Pet add-on: ₱200.

Up to 2 companions are allowed inside to assist you. This is strictly enforced. Please notify us in advance.

Food and beverages are allowed only if used for shoot purposes. You are responsible for any damage to props or studio equipment.

Please keep the studio clean and return all props and furniture to their original positions after use.

The studio is not responsible for any personal items lost or left unattended during your session.

You may reschedule or cancel 1–2 days before your scheduled date. Notify us through our official channels.

For client-initiated cancellations, the down payment is non-refundable. If EZ Clicks cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

All enhanced photos are delivered via Google Drive within the same day. We do not accommodate rush requests to ensure the best quality.
